Our rustic cod cabin offers an unparalleled fishing experience with over 8km of exclusive river access along the Severn River, which is reserved only for our cabin guests. As a 100% catch-and-release destination, our waters are known to be teaming with fish, providing an exceptional opportunity for anglers.

Located in the New England region, just outside Emmaville, this cabin is accessible via 4x4 and boasts 8km of pristine river frontage where you can fish for Murray cod and yellow belly. Additionally, the property includes two stocked dams with bass, silver perch, and golden perch.

The cabin is designed for simplicity and comfort, featuring one double bed and six single beds, making it ideal for groups or families. Amenities include a hot shower, toilet, cooking facilities complete with all crockery and utensils, a fridge, and both indoor and outdoor fireplaces. The cabin is fully powered by solar energy with gas for cooking and hot water.

Please note that the cabin's open-plan design has no room dividers, embracing its rustic charm and offering stunning views and extraordinary fishing experiences. To make your stay even more convenient, you can add optional extras like linen or BBQ box, breakfast box, or picnic box. For a creative touch, consider our pottery painting kit, which includes six small dishes, special pottery paints, and brushes. After you’ve enjoyed a relaxing painting session, I’ll collect your pieces, have them fired and glazed, and ship them to you within two weeks—a unique keepsake from your stay.
