Kingfisher Cabin - AKA Tiny House

Our Kingfisher Cabin is nestled in serene bushland, this cabin offers a luxurious escape with stunning views over our Trout dam, which is also stocked with bass, silver perch, and golden perch. From your deck, you can enjoy the diverse wildlife that frequents the area, all while being just a short walk from our function centre and the picturesque Severn River and waterfalls.

Designed for a romantic getaway, the cabin, though cozy, is beautifully finished and equipped with everything you need, including a bath on the deck where you can unwind under the clear skies. This secluded retreat allows you to fully immerse yourself in nature, free from outside distractions. Explore nature trails where wallabies, kangaroos, goats, and deer roam freely, and keep an ear out for the symphony of birdlife. You might even spot a platypus in the river if you're lucky!

For fishing enthusiasts, the dam offers a catch-and-eat experience, while the river is strictly catch-and-release. You’ll have access to about 2km of rugged river and two stocked dams, perfect for a day of fishing.

The cabin is powered by solar energy, with a gas cooktop and instant gas hot water. An outdoor fireplace with wood provided. To enhance your stay, we offer optional add-ons like a BBQ box, breakfast box, or picnic box. You can also indulge in creative relaxation with our pottery painting kit, which includes six small dishes, special pottery paints, and brushes. I’ll fire and glaze your creations and send them to you within two weeks, providing a memorable keepsake from your stay.
